Gmail sometimes recognizes Excharge emails as Spams. To avoid this situation, please create a filter from the web as follows;

 

(1) Login to Gmail
(2) Click Settings from the Up/Right Gear mark menu.
(3) Select "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab and click "create a new filter".
(4) In the popup window, type "@excharge.net" in the "Filter" "From" column.
(5) Click blue "Create Filter with this search >>"
(6) Mark "Never send it to Spam"
(7) Click "Create filter".
